With an All-In-One computer, there is no "Big Box" that you need to have at your feet or on the desk, in addition to the monitor, keyboard and mouse. With the All-In-One system, all of the components are built into the monitor itself - The "Big Box" is gone. You have monitor (with the computer built in), keyboard and mouse - That's all you need.

A traditional mouse and keyboard are also there if that is your choice. We use the mouse and keyboard on ours as we are old fashioned. All in one means that there is no separate computer and monitor. It is all built in to the monitor and is great for space saving configuration. Our Lenovo all in one is a great machine for our purpose, fast, easy to operate and plenty of memory and disk for our home use purposes. It is not a gaming machine but for traditional computer applications it is great.
