Is this computer new? null

No, I told the girl waiting on us that we wanted a new one in a box , then she comes out with one that had been returned and rang it up before we had a chance to say anything we had heen there since 2: 00 pm, and it was almost 6 pm, needless to say, we were very tired. we had been to Zephryhills to pick up my Husband's glasses and then drove to Wesley Chapel to pich up the computer, it was raining so bad that we had to wait 2 hours before we could leave the store. The girl who waited on us with the computer had only been working there for 2 weeks and did not know anything, we kept asking someone else questions, that is what she was doing. Glad that was over, but we wanted a new computer, not a refurbished one.
