• You can remove the stand from the screen.

• It comes attached out of the box. Im sure theres a way to disconnect it but I cant say how or the possibility of breaking a clip/snapped together fitting somewhere. Sometimes theyre preassembled and not made to come apart easily or without breaking a sacrificial plastic piece.
