“Are the included keyboard & mouse Bluetooth devices? I'm guessing both are not super high quality, and I really don't like when the keyboard layout is altered. Can I put a replacement Bluetooth keyboard on this?”

• Both are bluetooth. Keyboard was okay. I didnt use mouse. You can install new keyboard or mouse as bluetooth
