Can you move the monitor? Swivel? null

The screen on the Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-24 All-In-One system tilts forward to a plus 5-degrees and backward to a negative 22-degrees. The screen does not swivel.

It doesn't swivel but the monitor can be adjusted up and down.
