There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. If you already have a Microsoft Office Account, first try logging into your existing account with your user name and password within the installed Microsoft Office 365 software. You may need the 25-digit Product Code number that is printed on the package the original software shipped in. There is no built in CD/DVD drive within this system. For installing purchased legacy software that is compatible with Windows 10, check with the software website to see if you can download the software from the website directly to your new computer. If not, you can use an external USB-based Windows 10 compatible CD/DVD drive with this computer.
