    • Answer My question was very specific to the software products that I currently use. I don't understand enough of the technology to research the specifications to answer the question myself which is why I asked it. Currently my older Lenovo does not handle this easily and is problematic. I'm discouraged that the question was not answered but rather thrown back at me to answer for myself. What is the point of having a question area when the answers are diverted back to the user?

    • Answer First check the volume setting on the device you have connected to this Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-24 All-In-One System, set it to your preference. Then you can also adjust the volume on the IdeaCentre A540 24 AIO by right clicking on the speaker icon at the bottom right side of your Windows 10 Desktop Screen. Left click on the Open Sound Settings to further adjust volume.
