“Keyboard wouldn’t work, tried another keyboard and you have to hold the keys down for several seconds before the computer responds. This makes it impossible to type. Is this a keyboard problem or a computer problem? If computer problem, how do I I fix?”

This Lenovo IdeaCentre A540 27 All-In-One system ships with a Lenovo Premium Wireless Keyboard, with rechargeable internal battery. There is an included USB-c (keyboard side) to USB cable that needs to be connected to the front of the keyboard (USB-c side of the cable) then plugged into a USB port on the computer, to charge the keyboard. You can use the keyboard while it is charging. Let the keyboard charge for 15-minutes before use.
