• Hey, Bonnie. The included keyboard and mouse with this IdeaCentre AIO use a USB receiver that is originally housed in the mouse under the cover on top of the mouse for convenience when traveling. If you have located this receiver and plugged it into one of the AIO's USB ports and the keyboard and mouse are powered on, but not working, we then recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support for in-depth troubleshooting to resolve this issue for you.
