• It could be that the saleman accidentally activated Office on the device. Microsoft will probably allow you to cancel this.

• Yes it does. It comes with a 30 day free trial of Microsoft 365. However, it states that you must obtain a key to continue after 30 days. Why then was my credit card billed for a 1 year subscription just 2 weeks after purchasing my Lenovo laptop? I didn't want this after the trial period.
