• Hey, George. The system memory cannot be upgraded as it is soldered to the systemboard.

• Not only does the description "make it seem like the 4GB is soldered, and there's not [sic] way to upgrade the ram [sic],", but the 4GB actually IS soldered, and there's no way to upgrade the ram (at least not for you).

• in the full specs it says "number of memory slots: 0", which would make it seem like the 4GB is soldered, and there's not way to upgrade the ram.
