Hey, chase. We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble with connecting your monitors. With the type of ports on your IdeaPad, you have two options with a wired connection: You would either need a USB 3.0 docking station that supports 2 external monitors or connect monitor 1 into the HDMI port and monitor 2 into the USB-A 3.2 port via a USB to HDMI (or whatever video connection needed for monitor 2) adapter, along with the corresponding video cable.
