It has sufficient memory to operate the programs you ask about, but in order to conserve memory, I would suggest a cloud account, external drive or backing up docs on a flash drive. ... especially images and video, as they use a lot of memory. I've streamed movies, as well, and it seems to handle them just fine, without getting bogged down and having to stop and buffer.
You may find that the open source/freeware versions of these programs take less memory, and I'd suggest checking them out as an alternative.
