This unit has usb ports, so you can use a standard or wireless mouse with usb connections. It has sufficient memory to operate the programs you ask about, but in order to conserve memory, I would suggest a cloud account, external drive or backing up docs on a flash drive. ... especially images and video, as they use a lot of memory. I've streamed movies, as well, and it seems to handle them just fine, without getting bogged down and having to stop and buffer. You may find that the open source/freeware versions of these programs take less memory, and I'd suggest checking them out as an alternative.

As for the programs you mention, we recommend you check with them for their minimum/recommended requirements to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. Yes, you can use an external mouse and keyboard with this system. There is only one USB port, so they (the keyboard and mouse) will need to be wireless and paired or you can use a USB port replicator.
