Does it come with a mouse null

Laptops NEVER come with an external mouse. They rely on the touchpad (of varying quality) to provide that service. If you are uncomfortable with that, or don't want to learn anything new, you can always add your own mouse, either wired or not.

No, just a trackpad on the keyboard. You will have to get a USB Mouse with a receiver to use a wireless mouse.
