I'm not sure exactly what you mean so I'm going to guess you mean the start menu and its navigation? If so, Windows 10 PCs don't have a built-in way to simulate that, BUT there is a program called Windows 7 She'll that allows you to install the start menu from previous windows iterations. Maybe that would help you out?
