I just picked this up and everything was easy to set up. The computer is light and quiet and I really like the feel of the soft textured keys. One thing that is horrible (and really unacceptable these days) is the power cord. The plug is ridiculously HUGE, see photo. There is no reason for this to be this big. And the cord is really, really short. Almost 1/3 shorter than my previous HP cord. Other than that, so far so good.

Good computer. The battery is really weird, it says 10 hours of time when fully charger. Unplug it then it drops to 6 hours, start using it and it drops to 9 hours. Keep working it will say 4 hours. I havent had any issues using it, the battery performance estimates are just way off.

This laptop is a perfect mid tier PC for the money. My wife has had a great boost in the performance of her most used tasks and programs. The SSD makes windows nice and snappy and when a 2nd monitor is attached it doesn't skip a beat. isn't great with some game titles but the ones we play the most have been great.. (halo MCC was one of them). Get this PC.

Other than the charger being huge af this laptop is amazing for for normal needs and gaming needs it runs Roblox on 60+ fps and fortnite 50+ I really recommend this :).

Literally lasted a bit more than a year. Based on the price I would have expected a bit longer but cest la vie

Purchased July 29, 2021 and by September 24, 2022 laptop shut down screen black and what sounds like a fan running while plugged to power source! But my fault for not buying a protection plan longer than a year, live and learn! Thx Lenovo

Needed a Windows machine for some automotive diagnostic software. On paper this one looked to do the trick and so far its performing as anticipated. The large screen and number pad are awesome, and as a plus it runs SketchUp Free without a problem, so now I have a decent computer to use in the garage for design work. It lost a star because the Specs say it has an Aluminum Casing and that is NOT the case, its plastic. Minorly disappointed with that fact since it was a deciding factor, but hopefully the plastic will hold up.

So far this is a great laptop at the price of $319.00. I bought it on sale at bestbuy just in time before the sale ended. My first choice was the Lenovo Amd Ryzen 5 with 1tb storage and 256gb ssd. The price had changed before I could get it. Overall, there are some things to note with this laptop. One was the laptop has an SSSTC SSD. I don’t know how ugradable in the future those will be. The other was a bunch of apps on the computer like Tic-tock and other crappy apps installed. I did not find anything on this computers battey or type wish Lenovo would have bestbuy put that information on the listing instead of 6-7hrs batter life. Not much help there when you don’t know the capacity. Those are my only complaints for this laptop. My plans for this laptop in the future are upgrading the harddrive and the ram. Seeing If I can upgrade it to 16gb or find better 8gb ram sticks. This is a great bare bone starting computer for those looking to get into laptops. The games I play on this are low quality games. I play Rimworld and Doorkickers on this laptop. Steam wallpaper engine looks great on this laptop. I run stargate animated theme in the background. I don’t push my luck on gaming heavy on this laptop as it is mainly for watching hulu and amazon prime or watching anime. Most of the time its online with music. It has a Bluetooth feature which is great but I wouldn’t use it unless you have a house or out somewhere away from people. Cause Bluetooth can be easily accessed. It is a nice feature but be careful on using Bluetooth on the computer. Overall, for the price of $319.00 I say it is very worth it. Any higher and I would pass on this laptop. Just the SSSTC storage and the ram are things I personally am gonna upgrade.

Does everything I needed to do and then some. I did a clean install with Windows 11. The version of windows that it came with. I can only download stuff from the Microsoft store. Wouldn't buy it if you want the ability to install whatever you want.

This laptop is perfect for those who just need an adequate laptop to check email, browse the internet, and use Microsoft Office. It's not the fastest (but it's still plenty quick), nor does it have the best graphics or most memory, and it surely won't impress anyone, but it turns on quick and is easy to use which are characteristics I appreciate. Also, while the casing is plastic, it has a nice look overall and is light so it's easy to carry. Big selling points for me were that it was not a Chromebook, it was not touchscreen, and it has a full number pad.

This laptop has been absolutely amazing. I am getting ready to purchase another one for my son. Speed is great and so is quality.

Bought this for my mother in law. It's a little bigger than I wanted but she needed a bigger screen so she could see easier. and also she will use this for a long time so I wanted to have it be as updated as possible. So far, very easy for her to use, it loads up pretty quickly. Like having the extra numeric key pad on the right side of the keyboard. More than enough storage and memory for her. It's been a little over a month, but hoping this lasts her several years without any problems.

For the price, this is a steal. If you need a laptop to do everyday taskings, this is the perfect laptop. Never had a glitch while using this laptop. My 1000+ dollars hp failed and this has been fulfilling every task i need it to. I would highly recommend

This unit is awesome. Purchased it for my girlfriend, and she loves it - a big step-up from the iPad she was using for personal use previously. Very good laptop fast and smooth with no lags at all.

This is a really nice laptop and a good brand. My son started his first year of college doing online courses and this laptop was just what he needed. He loves it so much he’s always glued to this laptop even outside of using it for school. I have one too myself and I’m happy with it as well.
