Excellent laptop for the money. I'm been a Lenovo fan for years now, but this is me first new purchase. Based on the number of years I got out of my last one, I presume this one will hold me for at least 10 years. Nice large screen, low profile and light but not at all flimsy . . . very sturdy feeling.

I bought this to be used as an diagnostic tool at work. I also have to access various workshop manuals, wiring diagrams and perform guided diagnostics. It has worked flawlessly. I have bumped up the ram to max 12 and replaced the ssd to a 500gb unit, both from crucial for around 135.00.

Excellent value for the money, 8gb ram and ryzen 3 in a laptop this cheap is hard to find nowadays. It also comes with a full numpad, which is nice. The only improvement to this laptop I can think of is maybe more storage and a backlit keyboard. Battery life has been great for me as well but that may vary.

I wish it had a little more memory, but for what it is I really like it! I purchased for school and streaming and it seems to be doing great! Would definitely recommend for the price range that it is in to any one. Significantly better quality than any other “low budget” computer I have ever bought.

Sales clerk says it would not play any games which is totally untrue. I’m able to play League of Legends with no issues. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the sales clerk who tried to convince me to buy a laptop for $300 higher.

Nice laptop I got it for an extra device aside from my desktop computer. It's got great sharp screen, it works great web surfing and all. Fast and efficient I have no whatsoever gripe about my laptop. Nothing to complain about.

I am very happy woth my purchase . I sought out for a laptop under $500 and that could support just one user for a certification course . I am not tech savvy and i don’t know specifications . I set this one up fairly easy and i have had it a month and it’s working great ! So pretty and sleek !

Since opening the box, I have had no problems navigating my laptop huge screen the letters are large enough so you’re not pressing two at a time. It is very quick in responses. I’ve been encouraged to just turning it on just to play around with for familiarity. Go decision given the price

Great basic laptop. I needed it for word processing, excel and checking email. The screen is large so I can watch videos, the sound quality is good so I can use spotify and multitask. It's a good quality laptop for a budget and I've recommended it to a few people.

Purchased this laptop for an employee. I thought it would be pretty good but the biggest downfall is the battery life. It lasts 40 minutes and needs to be plugged in again. Otherwise it handles everything else like a champ.

it's been working well. Windows 10 was not the challenge i thought it was going to be. Getting set-up was easy with machine talking to me, saying what to do. Speed is faster & keys are very sensitive to touch.

Great laptop for everyday use. The 8GB of RAM is good enough for multitasking without slowing down. Great price, easy to use, and cool grey colorway.

This personal computer is exactly what I wanted. I wanted an AMD Ryzen cpu, at least 8 GB RAM. Size of ssd optional. I do not play video games. For me the speed is good and start up time is quick. For a good basic computer the price is low.

Really good computer basic needs. Bought it for my mom and she loves it. It's fast on the internet. Pages load right away. If all you're doing is email and buying online. This is perfect. YouTube loads very quick too.

I love this laptop so much. I got it mostly for my school work but it can be used for so much more. I’m thinking of using it for work as well because it does the job and has a lot of storage to back it up. Best purchase so far!

We use this as our go-to for browsing, online purchases, you tube, email, etc. easy setup and really like the weight. our desktop PC is out of date.

An excellent laptop at a reasonable price. I needed to replace my three year old Lenova and this model was not only almost identical, but also very well price as an Open box special. A great find!

Excellent computer for most of the users, I bought one for my 13 yr old student kid, after a few months I ended buying 2 more for my older kids (18 & 23) as Christmas gift.. Don't get me wrong this is not a low-end kid laptop, nor an entry level budget laptop.. This is a very good laptop for average users.. my kid even use it for some gaming (that I would not know about).. Performs well for office apps, web surf, multimedia use, everything that a normal user would need.. It is very good looking and it doesn't feel heavy, I have always look at Lenovo as the Lexus of computers, very luxurious looking without it being tu much...

Great fornthe price, got it fornwofe she needed an upgrade. Inkynthing somfar is the cord is short. Not a big deal but would.prefer a standard length power cord.

Its my first time using Ryzen, and it has been great. I would recommend this laptop. Bigger than my usual laptops (13 inches) but it works well
