Most likely not. There are tons of laptops out there with a backlit keyboard already in them. Assuming that Lenovo even made a backlit keyboard that could somehow be purchased and installed into this one, it'd be hit or miss as to if it'd even work. And it would void the warranty if you tried to add one. Either accept that your laptop won't have a backlit keyboard or buy a laptop that already has one.
