“I bought one of these yesterday at Best Buy and I wonder if I'm missing the "User Guide." The only thing like that in my box was a strip of paper folded into 7 parts called "Setup Guide," which has few instructions, but does show and name external parts.”

There is no user guide. You will have to go online just as you do with your phone to learn how to operate. Take your time to explore this product. It has some cool stuff.
