• Not in safe mode. You have to use edge and just go to google.com. If you want to use chrome you will have to remove safe mode but once you do there’s no going back.

• First download the chrome browser via Edge browser that pre installed with the windows. Then after installing the chrome browser, open the chrome browser and log in with the same username and password that you have in your other device that has all usernames and passwords.

• Recommend taking Windows 10 out of S mode. Very simple to do. Just do an internet search how to do that. Download and install Chrome Browser and you are good to go. Chrome is my preferred browser as well.
