“How do you switch out of S-Mode?? I realize this is not about the laptop itself but I purchased this so my daughter could do learning activities this summer and she is not able to download one single learning game because of S-Mode? Please help!!”

• I had to directly call Microsoft to have them remove the S-Mode so I could have Norton Security installed.
