QuestionCan I increase the memory from 8gb to 12gb?

- Answer This laptop has a 4GB (soldered) + 4GB module configuration. RAM can be expanded by removing the 4GB module and replacing it with a module with a higher capacity. For example, 4 GB (soldered) + 8 GB module = 12 GB total. If you use a 16GB module, total RAM would be 20 GB. Hope this helps.
