How long does battery stay charged null

It will depend on how the laptop is being used, and on the power settings used. If you run it with the display screen at max brightness, you will run the battery out faster than if the screen is run at half brightness. If you are streaming movies you will use up the battery faster than if you are just reading emails or working on a simple document. The number given by the manufacturer is probably what is obtained under optimal conditions.

In the description it says 12 HRS but mine only lasts 5 and a half hours FULLY charged, which is WAY too short. I just bought it less than a week. I plan on calling customer service or return it.
