A:AnswerNot all sub-models have those features. This model is one of the ones without those features. Go to Lenovo site and in the manual there is an asterick next to those features stating "if equipped".

A:AnswerYou might be able to but I do know if you have 11s that you can remove the S so that you can install non Microsoft approved apps. But once you remove the S feature you will not be able to reinstall it.
