“Help! It keeps telling me that I can’t do things, like download printer drivers, because it’s in safe mode and it won’t allow me to take it out of safe mode, without losing functionality. I didn’t want a computer that works only in safe mode. I feel duped”

• You have to take it out of S safe mode.

• You can switch it out of safe mode --google it and you'll find the directions. It's the only way you can use any applications that aren't Microsoft.
