“I am looking for a computer that can use all features of Excel (editing data points, especially in graphs). Will this support? I ask because I have a Apple IPad Pro which allows me to use EXCEL app, but doesn’t support “edit data points”.”

Yes, as long as you have excel (Microsoft office). It will also work with Google sheets It's not a tablet or a notebook, it's a full function laptop.
