• No. This is a chromebook and fairly low-end. You can use the cloud version of Office and Onedrive so it'd work as a backup, but I wouldn't want to do it full time?

• No, this runs on a mobile processor, the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2. You can use the office web apps though or probably Google's office suite.
