• I haven't purchased this product, but I do know that you can run PowerPoint, but you have to use the web version, which is office.com.

• Yes. Google app is Slides. it opens PowerPoint files.

• This does not come with Microsoft Office templates/readers but with Google Docs which may have something similar you could use.
