QuestionIf the RAM is soldered and iGPU takes up 2GB of it, thus only 6GB usable. Then where is the 16GB option? Really wishing I got a gift card for another "online retailer".

Question8 GB’s of RAM is pretty low but is it Dual channel or single channel? Any extra RAM slots for expansion? Screen brightness? 8 GB’s is passable if it’s at least Dual Channel.
