• Ascertained that a TRENDnet USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet adapter works. Connected it & Windows 10 automatically updated/downloaded drivers, etc. needed to make it work. So don't need a Lenovo brand, but I would ensure you can return any brand you buy just in case it's not compatible.
