“computer says low battery and shut off although I had it plugged in. Checked all connections. Could this be a battery in the computer or the cord?”

• This computer ships with Battery Conservation Mode software to extend overall battery life by charging the battery to only 60-percent. This Power Mode is used for laptops that are plugged in all the time. If you want the battery to charge to 100-percent, you can turn off Battery Conservation Mode.
