Hi RAMSELV, We're sorry to hear you're having some trouble using your system with the two external displays. The Thunderbolt 3 docking station is not compatible with this system since it does not feature Thunderbolt 3 ports. Unfortunately, we do not have a Lenovo docking station solution that we can offer currently at Best Buy; but most docking stations using USB-C 3.2 that supports Power Delivery and DisplayPort video output or DP-Alt Mode should work with the system.
