The last time I checked, this is a service Best Buy sells. But the process isn't hard. You only need an external hard drive of equal or greater capacity to your current laptop's storage capacity. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube to walk you through it. Try Linus Tech Tips to get a more thorough and trustworthy guide. Save yourself some money and do it yourself.

Cost depends on what other services you might want (connecting a printer, setting up your WiFi, etc.). If it's just DATA you want to transfer, it's pretty easy: copy files from the old PC to a flash drive, then from that drive to the new one. Settings are more complicated, so either use BB or a program lie LapLink.
