• This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. This configuration ships with 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard. There is one RAM memory slot with an additional 4GB RAM. This can be replaced by your certified technician with an 8GB RAM stick, for a system total of 12GB of RAM.
