There is no slot for an SD card or other memory cards used in cameras. You would need a USB card reader for your type of card. If the issue is picture transfer from a camera, the camera may be equipped to do so via cable (e.g. micro-USB) or wirelessly (e.g. over the home network). I just tried wireless transfer with a relatively new Canon point-and-shoot camera and the manufacturer’s Image Transfer Utility (downloaded), which worked fine.

There is one RAM memory slot within this configuration. There is 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB RAM in the one RAM memory slot. Your certified technician can replace the 4GB RAM in the memory slot and replace it with an 8GB stick for a system total of 12GB RAM. Consult your certified technician for your upgrade options.
