Documentation says 32 GB but I am running 64 GB fully recognized and running at 5600 MHz. I'm sure other brands will work but I am using Kingston Fury KF556S40IBK2-64 which is 2 x 32 GB pair of sticks. I would recommend performing ALL available firmware updates via the included Lenovo tools prior to installation.
