Hey there, We apologize for any confusion. To clarify, the product description lists the year of release (2023 in this case) for the processor featured in all laptops sold at Best Buy. This does not mean that the laptop was manufactured in 2023, as this model Legion Pro 5 first became available for sale around late Spring / early summer 2025.
