To provide further context with this, the site shared in other responses is the website customers can go to and check what level of international coverage is available on their device and contact centers for whatever country they need it for -- in your case, France. Some regions don’t have onsite capabilities. For example, if you have a Legion Pro 5i with Legion Ultimate Support and traveled to another country where something needed to be repaired, we might not be able to send a tech out to their site. Or let’s say it required a keyboard replacement. The repair center abroad likely would not have a US keyboard. It would have to be sent back to the US repair center. Please keep these limitations in mind on the repair side when traveling.
