Yes. The FN+space bar also changes it's color. I have mine set to a solid color for night when my wife wants all the lights off .

These adjustments can be made within Legion Spectrum, which is built into the Lenovo Vantage app. Second, yes, you can swap between backlighting profiles and toggle it off or on using the key command Fn + Spacebar.
