Can this laptop be charged via USB-C (ie PD charging) ? null

Lenovo's answer to this question is not correct. The laptop can be charged via USB-C up to a 100 watt adapter. I currently own this model with an FHD screen and it charges with my work laptop's (a ThinkPad) 65 watt USB-C power adapter with no issues.

No. The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15 model number 82K8000RUS, ships with a dedicated 170W external power supply AC adapter/charger. No other port but the dedicated power port on the Legion Slim 7 can be used to charge the computer.
