“Will a USB Type C to Ethernet work or does it have to be USB-A to Ethernet?”

• Actually, it can be either. There is a USB-C jack and a USB 3.0 jack. I have a dual monitor docking station plugged into the USB 3.0 and a travel dock that plugs into the USB-C, and both work fine for Ethernet.

• You can use either type of ethernet adapter with this Lenovo Legion Slim 7. It has both USB Type A and USB-c ports.
