We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer. We recommend you contact Legion Ultimate Support for help with the issue at: 888-278-9707.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The CPU is under a huge "color changing" cooling fan in the middle of the computer. The Lenovo Support page has diagrams showing more detail. It's completely covered. You might see something else labeled "Amd" on the board that's not the CPU. Things to try: - Make sure there is several inches of clearance at the front, top, and back of your machine for ventilation - Try a different outlet in your home. Slight power fluctuations (especially since we are in winter now) can trigger electronic devices to power off/reboot. - Invest in a Universal Power Supply if you don't have one. That will help with power fluctuations. If you get one that connects via USB to your PC, it will provide diagnostics on any power surges too. - Turn on the lights inside and make sure all the fans are spinning. - If it's just the monitor turning off, try making this change. Go to the "Nvdia Control Panel". Under "Display" and "Adjust desktop color settings", change "Content type reported to this display" from "Auto-select" to "Full screen videos". This will stop the screen from blacking out every time you watch a video. If none of those things help, you have 12 months of support from the Lenovo Support page.
