I've got the same problem. Will have to miss work to return it. $1200 for something that won't even power on. Sorry I don't have an answer but understand your plight. I am so aggravated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had mine replaced, picked it up the second one at the store. Went straight to Geeks to see if it would turn on. And it did not...I ended up exchanging it with a cyberpower with a bit better specs. NEVER purchase Lenova again. I do want to shoutout the amazing Geeks squad for being amazing with me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This isn't a question but you should try to return it or get a local computer shop to mend it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the initial startup of your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer. Try unplugging your computer. Wait 15-minutes. Now plug the computer back in. While pushing the power button, also tap the F2 Key repeatedly until you see the Lenovo One Key Recovery Screen. Here you will be able to reset the computer back to original factory settings and begin the setup process again. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 866-426-0911.
