This PC currently ships with Win10 Home. Microsoft has indicated that the upgrade to Win11 is free (with caveats). See https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11. The Ryzen 7 5800 is on the supported processor list and I believe provides a firmware implementation of TPM needed by Win11. I could not determine if the mobo provides a TPM header for a hardware TPM (if you could get one), but you should not need one due to the firmware implementation.

To see if your PC is eligible to upgrade, download and run the PC Health Check app. Once the upgrade rollout has started, you can check if it is ready for your device by going to Settings/Windows Updates.
