From doing a little digging a standard ATX motherboard should fit except one issue and I'm not sure if it can be fixed or not. One of the mounting screws is offset by about an inch from a standard ATX form factor and without pulling my motherboard out I'm wondering if the standoff can be moved or if it's in place I mean you could remove the standoff to prevent it from shorting anything but then it wouldn't be supported on that side.
