Yes, this does have the capacity to add an NVMe drive. I added another 1 TB NVMe and a 20 TB HDD yes it does. 16 GB DDR 5, I don't know what brand. What do you mean about timing? It is quite fast, the graphics are pretty good 4k runs at 144htz.
