Check your video connections at both the monitor and the computer. Be sure you are using a good cable and the connections are secure on both sides. Try rebooting the computer. Windows 10 is installed on the computer and at initial startup, you should see and hear, if you have speakers connected, the step by step setup instructions for Windows 10.
