This comes with everything needed to start. The keyboard/mouse is very basic but I upgraded that to a red dragon combo for $35. Just turn it on, answer a few questions and good to go. THe 16G of ram was sufficient for me to run windows, office, space marine games, you tube videos, and surfing with no issues and much processing to spare. I came from a seventh generation i5 processor. This is a 13th generation i5 processor. big difference!!!!!
