• It runs fine the way it is. You don’t need to upgrade it unless you want to.

• The stock cooler is fair, and it keeps the PC cool without heavy loads (Core Temps average 18c), but it should be replaced with a high-quality air cooler, or if you plan to game for long periods of time get a water cooler system. Noctua air coolers or Corsair water coolers are my two top choices...and use GOOD thermal paste. The stock cooler fan is not that good (mine makes a small clicking sound), and it'll probably fail after a few years...that is my main concern.
